undead bloodbath

When Fang Club hosts a night out, it’s the kind of experience that fuels your spirit instead of draining your soul. Downtown Fort Lauderdale was pulsing with dark energy on July 11th, 2025 as Fang Club debuted their first big event, Undead Summer Bloodbath, inside the eclectic walls of Stache Drinking Den. With two bars spread across the venue, drinks flowed easily, encouraging guests to drift naturally between dancing, shopping, and socializing. Meanwhile, Stache’s intimate yet well-equipped stage ensured every performance could be experienced up close. A towering performer on stilts, dressed in a crimson jacket, ruffled shirt, and striped trousers, stalked the crowd with theatrical flair, embodying the carnival of the macabre. His presence added a surreal, otherworldly energy to the night, as if the venue itself had summoned a ringmaster from the underworld to preside over the chaos. From 10PM until the early hours of morning, the night brought together DJs, performers, vendors, and a crowd of creatures ready to revel in the shadows. The dress code called for gothic attire, vampiric elegance, and dark creativity and the community delivered. Guests arrived in everything from Victorian vampyre elegance to horned devils, macabre gothic fashions, and provocative fetish wear, transforming the venue into a living masquerade of the damned. The result was a room filled with living art. Fang Club made it clear they’re not just hosting parties, they’re building a cultural hub for South Florida’s beautifully strange. With its blend of powerful music, daring performances, immersive vendors, and an engaged community, the night set a new standard for alt nightlife in Fort Lauderdale.

macabre market

The Undead Summer Bloodbath took over Stache completely, turning every space into part of the night’s energy. The bottom floor transformed into the main dance floor, lined with vendors at the entrance and anchored by a stage where all the night’s performances unfolded. Upstairs, the second floor extended the atmosphere, with additional vendors and even a tarot card reader. Guests were welcomed right away with a row of alternative vendors that set the tone for the night. Fang Club’s own table stood alongside Handout Treats, Elusive Eclectics, and Koki and Lu—offering everything from occult treasures to handcrafted fashion and curiosities. Climbing the stairs revealed an even bigger marketplace: Slice Night, Jezebel’s Uprising, Squidsacks Art, Love Sick Cherries, Dungeon Guild Printing, Nightmare Village at Xtreme Action Park, Hyperfixation Creations, Orbit Vending, and Gritos Juntos—each adding their own flavor to the mix. The tarot card reader upstairs added a touch of mystery, giving people a chance to pause the music and step into their destiny.

Awooooooooh!

Adding to the atmosphere, Miguel Valentín, founder of Fang Club and Hells Gate Halo, stepped onto the stage to thank everyone for being part of the night. With a wide grin, he declared, “Welcome, my beautiful creatures—vampires, witches, fae, werewolves, cosplayers, and all other kin—you are all welcome to Fang Club.” His words were met with cheers before he invited the crowd to take part in a ritual to honor his elder. Leading everyone in a collective howl that echoed through Stache, Miguel set the tone for what was to come. The energy was electric as the room howled back in unison, a moment that instantly bound the audience to the experience.

Aurora Angelique Belly Dancer

aurora angelique

The beautiful Aurora Angelique was the first to take the stage, barefoot and surrounded by flickering candles that lined the stage. Aurora is a bellydancer from South Florida known for fusing the elegance of oriental dance with the raw power of metal and alternative music. She’s performed in shimmering restaurants and on polished stages, but her soul belongs to the shadows. Once a performer of joyful rhythms, she has transformed into a vessel for something darker and the moment “Walk With Me in Hell” by Lamb of God kicked in, the space shifted. The song’s pounding drums and grinding guitars rolled through Stache with a weight that you could feel in your chest. It was loud, heavy, and unrelenting. Aurora’s movements were tightly bound to that force, as if the song was coursing through her veins. Every drumbeat hit with precision, guiding her sharp gestures and sudden drops into wide, flowing spins. Her long black hair moved with her like a shadow, while the dark fabric she carried stretched out around her like bat wings, giving the impression that she was channeling something greater than herself. She was letting the music work through her, and the crowd responded to it immediately. People clapped, yelled, and cheered her on with every powerful motion. As her performance built to its climax, Aurora lifted a glass goblet and slowly poured blood over herself. The crowd erupted—some cheering louder, others simply locked into the moment, phones raised to capture what they were seeing. Just before the end, Miguel Valentín stepped forward and offered her a massive chalice filled with more blood. She held it high, then tilted it back, letting the crimson spill down her face and body. The audience went wild, erupting in applause, cheers, and shouts, their voices filling the room as she closed the piece with that unforgettable image.

Damien Lenore

damien lenore

When Damien Lenore stepped onto the stage, the room instantly leaned in. His performance blurred the line between burlesque and ritual, blending sensuality, danger, and playful theatrics in a way that had the entire audience locked on him. The setting alone made it unforgettable—a white claw-foot bathtub surrounded by rows of glowing candles, turning the stage into something that felt both decadent and forbidden. From the moment he began, Damien commanded the stage. His chiseled body glistened under the lights, every muscle moving with precision as he twisted, stretched, and arched in and around the tub. There was a burlesque tease to the way he performed—slowing down to let the audience drink him in,then snapping back with powerful spins, flexes, and dramatic poses that drew applause every time. Both women and men alike voiced their admiration as he danced, flexed, and moved with deliberate, teasing confidence. Midway through the show, Damien leaned down to a wooden basket at the side of the stage and, like a snake charmer in his own twisted ritual, pulled out his other “python”-a massive live snake. The crowd erupted as he carried it into the bathtub with him, lifting it high into the air before letting it curl around his body. He draped it across his shoulders and his dancing shifted into something sinuous and more serpentine to match its movements. Then, in one of the night’s most electric moments, Damien climbed out of the tub and descended into the audience, the python still wrapped around him. The room went wild—people yelling, clapping, and reaching out in awe before he passed the serpent off to his handler and returned to the stage, soaking in the energy he had stirred up. The bathtub remained the anchor of his show, and Damien used it with full creativity. He sprawled over it, dipped into it, climbed out with dramatic flair, and treated it like both a cage and a stage within a stage. The mix of tease, physical strength, and playful showmanship gave the performance a burlesque edge that kept the audience completely hooked. For the finale, Damien revealed a snakehead-shaped chalice filled with blood. Holding it high, he poured it over himself, crimson streaks running down his chest and back. The crowd roared as he let the moment build. Then, with a sly grin, he reached into the goblet and pulled out what looked like a heart. Holding it up for everyone to see, he bit into it without hesitation, blood running down his face as he turned to the audience with a mischievous, evil smile that sent them over the edge.

dressed to impress

With the first two acts setting the stage ablaze, Miguel returned to stoke the energy further. A raffle sent excitement rippling through the crowd, with one lucky winner walking away with a $100 gift card to Freak House Miami, a $100 gift card to Ink Addiction Tattoo & Piercings, and 2 tickets to Xtreme Action Park. From there, the spotlight shifted to the Best Dressed Contest, where five striking looks were pulled from the audience. Each contestant hit the stage to wild applause, and Miguel laid down the rules with a grin: “We’re going to decide this by how loud you motherfuckers can get.” The roar of the crowd crowned the winner, sending waves of cheers and applause through the venue as the night surged forward into its next chapter.

dark coronation

theatre des vampyres

The night turned darker, heavier, and more ritualistic as Theatre des Vampyres took over the stage with one of the night’s most unforgettable moments: a suspension act led by Jenifer Ramirez, Alexis Noventa and Miguel Valentín. Before a single hook was pierced or rope tightened, the performance began with a ceremonial blessing—three witches circling the stage, sage smoke curling through the air, consecrating the altar for what was about to unfold. It set the tone: this was not simply a spectacle, but a ceremony. At the center was Jenifer Ramirez, a 28-year-old body suspension artist who has described full body suspension as a spiritual journey—a way of connecting body and spirit, and of sharing that vulnerability with others. Having brought her craft to tattoo conventions and underground events, Jenifer embodies the idea that suspension is more than just a daring act; it is an offering, a transformation, and an experience of release. Suspended by hooks piercing her flesh, Jenifer’s body was lifted into the air above the stage. The audience collectively held their breath as she hung in white lingerie, blood running down her skin like paint. At times, Alexis Noventa stepped in to guide her movement, slowly pushing her so that she swayed back and forth, turning the suspension into a kind of eerie, weightless dance. Her form arched under the stage lights, equal parts fragile and powerful, her movements slow but deliberate, as though the suspension itself became a performance of its own. The sheer silence that fell between bursts of cheers spoke volumes—this was as mesmerizing as it was shocking. Alexis Noventa, a figure deeply rooted in the suspension and shibari community, worked with precision to ensure every moment was as safe as it was profound. Known as a suspension team leader and piercer with Live Once Ink, Alexis has made a name for blending Japanese rope bondage with the visceral intensity of suspension. Here, they were both guide and guardian, grounding the act while letting the ritual unfold in its rawest form. To further ensure safety, a doctor stood just offstage, ready to assist if anything were to happen—an unseen presence that underscored both the risks and the seriousness of the performance. Miguel Valentín, taking on the role of dark ceremonialist, heightened the ritual with a blood-filled chalice, pouring a river of blood over Jenifer’s suspended body that dripped into the waiting bathtub below. The crowd’s reaction was a mix of awe and frenzy. Some yelled and clapped, unable to contain the adrenaline rush; others simply stared, phones lifted, unsure whether to gasp or cheer. By the time Jenifer was lowered back down and freed from the rigging, her body streaked with blood, the room erupted. The suspension act of Theatre des Vampyres blended sacrament, horror, and art in a single moment. It was shocking, yes—but it was also beautiful, a moment of surrender, trust, and transformation.

shibari

In the midst of the chaos and energy of Undead Summer Bloodbath, a different kind of performance unfolded—one that was quieter, slower, and deeply intimate. It wasn’t loud or shocking. Instead, it asked the crowd for patience, inviting them to slow down and take in every detail. Bing, known both as a tattoo artist and as a shibari practitioner in South Florida, stepped forward with his ropes, calm and focused, ready to turn restraint into art. Kittbaku was the first to take her place, dressed in a maid-inspired outfit with a bonnet and platform boots. Bing began looping red rope around her chest and arms, each knot pulling snug and changing the way she held herself. Her hands drew closer, her shoulders pulled back, her breathing slowed. Bit by bit, she seemed to settle into the embrace of the ropes. The second model, dressed in a flowing purple gown, stood poised as Bing turned his attention to her. Using green rope, he began shaping a harness across her chest and shoulders. Each pass framed her body in a way that looked sculptural under the lights, highlighting the balance of tension and stillness. What began as two separate sessions slowly became one shared performance. Bing’s ropes linked the red and green together, pulling the two women close until they leaned toward one another, their faces nearly touching within the frame of their bindings. Bound chest to chest, their breathing became visible, syncing in rhythm as they swayed slightly under the pull of the ropes. Bing stayed behind them, guiding their bodies, checking each knot, adjusting pressure—always attentive, always in control. When he was finished, the two women stood bound together, their connection made physical through rope. On a night filled with heavy music, wild theatrics, and shocking moments, Bing’s shibari demonstration carried just as much weight. But instead of chaos, it offered stillness, intimacy, and trust.

the soundtrack

Fang Club crafted a soundtrack that carried the night seamlessly from one energy to the next. Danny Bled opened the evening, setting the tone with his signature blend of goth, darkwave, and post-punk that pulled everyone onto the dancefloor right away. From there, Romani pushed the energy higher, weaving techno and industrial-tinged beats that kept the crowd moving. Jason took over at midnight, returning the room to its shadowy roots with a powerful mix of goth classics and dark anthems. At 1:30, Perlator stepped in with a set that kept the energy surging, driving the crowd deeper into the night with pounding beats that made it impossible to stand still. By 2:30, Quetamine took control, closing out the event with high-energy techno and EDM, pushing the tempo until the very end. The DJs carried the night between performances, keeping the floor packed and the energy nonstop. From beginning to end, the crowd stayed in motion—dancing hard, sweating, and giving themselves over to the sound. If Undead Summer Bloodbath proved anything, it’s that vampires know how to party—and Fang Club knows how to deliver a night the community won’t forget. Their next big event, Otaku Gothica, will fuse the aesthetic and culture of anime with a gothic atmosphere, featuring DJs, shibari, burlesque, full body suspension, vendors, food & drinks, a Best Dressed Contest, and a raffle—all within the creepy lair of Stache Drinking Den in Fort Lauderdale. Mark your calendars for September 6th, 10PM–3:30AM… you won’t want to miss it.
